Alice's Wonderous Adventures - Available Now!

My Journey

As a designer, illustrator, and board-game lover, I wanted to create something that:

• Brought families together around the table.

• Made learning feel magical.

• Captured a little of the vintage charm of games I grew up with.

The idea for Alice’s Wondrous Adventures came from a very personal place. Both my son and my niece have Dyscalculia, and I saw first-hand how much anxiety and frustration traditional maths exercises could bring. I wanted to give them something different — a way to practise number skills without even realising they were “doing maths.”

After months of sketching, prototyping, and playtesting, I finally created a game that blends whimsical Wonderland adventure with simple number play, where every card move feels like a surprise rather than a lesson.

Alice’s Wondrous Adventures is designed to increase confidence, reduce pressure, and remind children (and adults!) that maths can be playful, social, and even magical.

I’m thrilled to share that the first print run has now been completed by Butler Printing — ahead of schedule! This means the game is ready for immediate dispatch, and I can’t wait to start sending copies out to families, teachers, and game lovers everywhere.
